SPF, DKIM and DMARC check

- MX records: whether the domain accepts mail at all, and whether it depends on a single server.
- SPF: whether a record exists, whether there is more than one, which mechanism it ends with, and how many DNS lookups it costs. Records past the ten-lookup limit return permerror while looking perfectly fine.
- DKIM: common selectors are probed, key length and revoked keys are reported.
- DMARC: policy level, reporting address, percentage and alignment strictness.
